For
as long as I can remember I have loved reading, studying, and
then sharing with others what I have learned. I also realized at an early age
that I was very curious about where we all came from, why people are
the way they are, and how this all fits together in the cosmos. So
I read literature, psychology, archaeology and lots of history. I did not realize
then that everything I researched would someday be a part of the foundation
for a lifelong interest. A number of years ago, a friend introduced me to astrology. I was intrigued and decided to take a class on the subject. This led to more classes, which then led to practicing chart readings on family members & other "willing volunteers". From that point onward, my experience with astrology has been a step-by-step process that continues to unfold. My approach to astrology is based on a perspective of human development with a focus on past lives. I believe that astrology is a valuable guide to understanding life and the universe on an individual level. I see an astrology chart as a map of the constant circle of beginnings, endings, and re-beginnings that we all experience I have studied, and continue to study, both jyotish (vedic) and western traditions of astrology and have accumulated over 25 years experience in the field. My formal education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and a Master’s degree in Art Therapy. On a personal note - I have three sons, two grandsons and a cat. In addition to my endeavors in the realm of astrology, I teach art and art history at a local university. This
