On August 3, 2003, the Board of Trustees of Yellow Springs Center Stage with great regret voted to relinquish occupancy of the theater building at 136 Dayton Street at the end of August and to sell off the organization's assets to pay outstanding debts, although the organization's incorporation will continue in effect.
