Community Friendly
The Village of Yellow Springs and Miami Township desire to attract businesses such as research and development, light industry or product assembly. We especially welcome "community friendly" companies that are clean, i.e. they do not emit toxic gases into the air, or toxic substances into the ground or sewer. They also are not the source of loud or disruptive noises, and their night illumination does not cause off-property glare.
